Payment Capture: Payment is typically captured (debited) once the order is confirmed and begins processing.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated receipt via email immediately after a successful transaction. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or contact support@zaqi.co.uk.

 

6. Payment Discrepancies

If you notice any unauthorized charges or discrepancies on your bank statement related to a purchase at Zaqi, please contact us immediately at support@zaqi.co.uk so we can assist in resolving the matter.
