This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered. It also outlines shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and the procedures for handling shipping-related enquiries.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

All orders are processed in British Pounds (GBP).

  • Standard Shipping: £2.99 GBP

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Edinburgh, London, Monday to Friday, begin processing on the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days.

The estimated total delivery time, including processing, is 4–8 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may vary due to carrier operations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be delivered by one of the following carriers, depending on the destination and operational requirements:

  • FedEx
  • DHL

Order Tracking

Tracking is available for all shipped orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details typically become active within 48 hours.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered the fulfilment process. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us first by email at support@zaqi.co.uk or through our live chat.

We will open a case with the delivery carrier on your behalf. During the investigation, we recommend checking around your property, with household members, neighbours, or any designated safe place where the parcel may have been delivered.

Any resolution will depend on the outcome of the carrier's investigation.

Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible by email or live chat.

We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist throughout the process. While the investigation is ongoing, we recommend checking with neighbours and any safe locations where your parcel may have been left.

Further action will be determined once the carrier has completed its investigation.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us assess your request, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damaged item.
  • Photos of the parcel and packaging.
  • A brief description of the damage.

Each report is reviewed individually before an appropriate resolution is provided.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We appreciate your patience should such delays occur.
