Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

To start a return, please contact us at support@zaqi.co.uk. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including where to send your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault,

  • Within 30 Days: You are entitled to an immediate full refund.
  • After 30 Days: We will offer a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before requesting a return.

Restocking Fee: £0.00 (No fee).

Return Shipping Responsibility: customer will pay for return shipping for standard returns, but we will cover it for faulty items.

Return Method: Returns are accepted by Mail.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Include proof of purchase

This applies in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
  • Method: The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
