Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on ZAQI.

Order Processing (Handling Time):

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Transit Time & Shipping Rates:

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of  £2.99 GBP for all orders within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Delivery Time: 4–8 business days from the moment you place your order.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email  containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery directly through our "Track Order" page.

    Delivery Address & Accuracy:

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ZAQI LTD  is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact support@zaqi.co.uk within 24 hours.

    Important Shipping Information

    While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier issues, customs inspections, weather conditions, or incorrect address information. If you experience a delay, please contact us at support@zaqi.co.uk.

    Order Cancellation & Modifications

    • 24-Hour Window: You may request an order cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order.
    • Please contact us at support@zaqi.co.uk within this timeframe.
    • After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be changed or cancelled.

    Address Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Zaqi Ltd is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

    Tracking Your Order

    • You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
    • If you have not received tracking information, please contact us at support@zaqi.co.uk

    Delivered but Not Received?

    If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

    1. Check with neighbours or household members who may have received the package.
    2. Verify the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email.
    3. Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of delivery.
    4. Provide us with proof of non-delivery so we can review your case.
